Our Philosophy

Every piece from Aleksandra Laurenzo Atelier is individually handcrafted with the highest standards of quality. Before any item is dispatched, it undergoes thorough quality control. We take great pride in our work and will never knowingly send out a damaged or defective product.

Because each piece is made by hand, you may notice minor natural variations in texture, surface finish, stitching, or leather grain. These characteristics are inherent to the craft and are not considered defects — they are what make each piece one of a kind.

Right of Withdrawal — EU Customers

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

To exercise this right, you must notify us before the 14-day period expires by sending a clear written statement to:

We will acknowledge your request promptly and provide return instructions.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following:

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition — no signs of use, scent, marks, or alterations

  • All original tags, dust bag, and packaging included

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or personalised orders — items made to your specific request are excluded from the right of withdrawal

  • Items that show evidence of use or have been altered

  • Sale or final-clearance items (where clearly marked at the time of purchase)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured courier service. Aleksandra Laurenzo Atelier is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit on return.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us — unrequested returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of approval.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item sent).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is genuinely damaged in transit or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@aleksandralaurenzo.com with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Please note: natural variations inherent to handcrafted leather goods — such as grain patterns, slight tonal differences, or minor surface texture — are not considered damage or defects.
