This website is operated by Laurenzo Alexandra, trading as Aleksandra Laurenzo Atelier ("we", "us", "our"). Our registered address is Via Palazzuolo, 36 50123 Firenze Italia. By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

These terms govern your use of www.aleksandralaurenzo.com and all purchases made through it. Please read them carefully before ordering.

2. Products

All products sold by Aleksandra Laurenzo Atelier are individually handcrafted by Aleksandra Laurenzo. As such, each item may vary slightly from product photography in terms of grain, texture, colour tone, or finish. These are not defects but the natural characteristics of handmade leather goods.

Product descriptions and photographs are as accurate as possible, but slight variations may occur. We reserve the right to update or discontinue products at any time without notice.

We work extensively with deadstock leathers — limited or end-of-roll hides sourced to reduce waste. Because these materials are finite, we cannot always guarantee that the exact leather shown in a product photograph will be available. Where a different hide of the same colour family is used, we do our best to photograph or show the new material before production. However, there may be slight differences in shade, surface finish, or tone between what is shown online and the finished piece. These variations are within the natural range of the material and are not considered defects.

Leather is a natural material and each hide carries its own individual character — including variations in grain pattern, natural markings, slight wrinkles, and tonal shifts. These are inherent qualities of real leather -and higher quality leather- and form part of the beauty and authenticity of a handcrafted piece. They are not imperfections, damage, or grounds for return.

Custom Orders

Custom and made-to-order items are non-cancellable once production has begun (typically within 48 hours of order confirmation). Please ensure all custom specifications are accurate before submitting your order. Custom pieces are also non-returnable under the right of withdrawal, as they are made to your personal specification.

3. Ordering & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You confirm that all information provided is accurate.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your payment details are never stored by us. All prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated. For international orders, your card provider may apply currency conversion fees.

Order confirmation by email does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched and you receive a shipping confirmation.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are indicative only and not guaranteed. Aleksandra Laurenzo Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, postal services, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. For international shipments, you are responsible for any import duties, customs taxes, or local fees applicable in your country. We are unable to predict or cover these costs.

If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery or uncollected customs, we will contact you. Re-shipping costs will be at your expense.

5. Pricing

All prices are as displayed on the website at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. If an error is discovered after you have ordered, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, content, and branding on this website are the intellectual property of Laurenzo Alexandra / Aleksandra Laurenzo Atelier and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit any content from this site without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aleksandra Laurenzo Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the price paid for the relevant order.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable EU or national law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts, unless you are a consumer in another EU member state, in which case you may also bring proceedings in your country of residence.

9. Changes to These Terms
