1. The Promotion

2. The Prize

Prize: 1 Maya Handbag valued at 375eur, color to be decided upon by promotor. 

The prize is as described above. No cash alternative is available. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances require.

If the winner is located outside the EU, they are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes applicable in their country. Shipping is provided by the promoter at no cost to the winner.

3. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to residents of the following countries only:

  • All European Union member states

  • United States of America 

To be eligible, entrants must:

  • Be aged 18 or over at the time of entry

  • Be a current subscriber to the Aleksandra Laurenzo Atelier email list, or subscribe during the entry period

  • Have a valid email address

Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of the promoter are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY to enter or win. Purchase does not improve your chances of winning.

To enter, you must be subscribed to the Aleksandra Laurenzo Atelier email newsletter at the close of the entry period. Subscription is free and can be completed at:

One entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. Entries made by automated means, bots, or third parties on behalf of entrants are not permitted and will be void.

5. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The draw will take place on or shortly after the closing date.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection process.

6. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by email to the address used to subscribe, within 5 business days of the draw. The winner may also be announced publicly on the Aleksandra Laurenzo Atelier Instagram account.

The winner must respond to the notification email within 7 days to claim their prize, providing a valid delivery address. Failure to respond within this period will result in the prize being forfeited and a new winner drawn.

The promoter reserves the right to draw an alternative winner if the original winner is found to be ineligible, cannot be contacted, or fails to claim the prize.

7. Data & Privacy

Personal data (name and email address) collected through this giveaway will be used solely to administer the promotion and notify the winner. By entering, participants confirm they have read and understood the Aleksandra Laurenzo Atelier Privacy Policy, available at:

8. General Conditions

  • The promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the giveaway at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary, without liability to any entrant.

  • The promoter is not responsible for entries lost, delayed, or corrupted due to technical issues.

  • The promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or disappointment suffered as a result of participating in or winning this promotion, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by Italian law. EU consumer rights are not affected.
