The Maya Handbag was designed in collaboration with my sister, who wanted a special gift for her bridesmaids. Enchanted by the Ida Bag, she wished for a smaller companion. Something elegant for her black tie wedding party, yet roomy enough for the essentials. Together, we designed the Maya as a keepsake worthy of her bridesmaids. As a collaboration between sisters, naming the bag after my Babushka Ida’s older sister, Maya, felt only fitting.
